We really enjoyed our stay, especially the fun at the table tennis and darts. The room was spacious enough for our large family and friends. Jackie was incredible at check-in, making sure our Queen Room Two Queen Beds was spick-and-span.

My children wanted more variety in the breakfast options.

Unfortunately, the front desk service fell short, marked by rudeness and a lack of assistance when it came to reservation issues, which dampened the overall experience. A strong point was the pleasant pool area where we could unwind after a long day, but the negative interactions with staff overshadowed these amenities.

the shower curtain was disgusting with orange mold, a real health hazard! furthermore, the front desk service was rushed and gave me the impression my requests were an inconvenience. after these gross oversights, I expected at least a complimentary upgrade or even sincere apologies, but of course, that woudl ve been too much to ask. just couldn’t give a good review.
